After working in several sectors (judiciary, air, automotive, fashion and for the government), I joined the Investment Bank of BNP Paribas as Digital Project Manager Marketing Technology.
I nurture a passion for motorcycles since I am 15 (more specifically vintage single cylinders). I also enjoy reading, going to the cinema or travelling (far or close) on the time left.
Today I support my clients in web development and digital marketing as consultant.

BNP Paribas CIB Global Markets
Mission under the supervision of the Head of Marketing of the Investment Banking’s Global Markets division, within the Digital Client eXperience team at the COO Office (comprised of digital project managers in Paris and software administrators in Lisbon). This team is in charge of a Marketing Technology tools portfolio. The scope of my mission includes managing these tools by defining a common operating framework and identifying points to be strengthened regarding IT Security and Data Privacy, coordinating the actions to be undertaken (with external service providers, IT security contacts and DPOs), establishing a regular monitoring and control framework insuring a proper use of these tools.

I work within the Project Division, under the the Steering Division of the Administrative and Financial Direction of the Prime Minister's Department. My missions include:

With 5 million readers and its own clothing brand, Bonne Gueule is a profitable start-up which developed a recognized content strategy and subject of many school case studies. In order to maintain its growth by attracting more men and improving their reading and buying experience, my missions are: Participate in the content strategy; Create contents (sales pages, emails, etc.) according to BG’s copywriting strategy; Create marketing tools (opt-in forms, UX, banners); Test and measure my actions’ impacts (A/B, Google Analytics); Improve existing contents. Cross Brand Products Marketing Direction
In a context of a digital and connectivity-related economic change, the automotive industry is strongly impacted by the digital revolution, whether in vehicle design, deployment and maintenance, but also in the customer relationship and the driving experience and associated services.
Hence, the Connected Vehicles & Services Department aims to define, position, deploy, promote and animate this upcoming experience, in order to maximize the Group's brand and economic value.
Within that department, my scope includes: Connected Products & Services marketing definition; Market & Competitive Analysis ; Commercial offer formalization ; Partnership Management; Support to Sales & Regions.

Customer Service Organization CDG
While the demand in air cargo industry is ramping up, it became necessary to improve Air France - KLM cargo's working process.
Therefore, in order to insure a decent response time to customer queries, it became mandatory to switch to a more powerful email processing tool. Hence, I've worked on assuring a seamless transition to that new tool and established written communication standards by framing communication guidelines.
Furthermore, in order to insure a standard way to handle customer's requests all over France, a Sharepoint common plateform was built gathering all the day-to-day necessary information, guidelines and news. I had the opportunity to get inspired from Amsterdam's CSO methods, thanks to regular visits for digital purpose.

Customer Service Organization CDG
In a team in charge of Bolloré Logistics', a key account global forwarder, my mission was to develop the customer portfolio. On a telecommunications platform at CDG Airport in Paris, we had to build, quote and book shipping plans all around the world.
Being a cargo business developer required an accurate awareness around dangerous goods and a lot of attention to guarantee a safe delivery at destination whether it is perishable freight, valuable goods, radioactive cancer treatments, human organs or blood, etc...

MINISTRIES OF JUSTICE AND ECONOMY & FINANCE
After starting at the Ministry of Justice on various criminal cases, I spent most of my time assisting investigations for financial delinquency at the Financial Research and Investigation Department (BRIF), under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Requisitioned by several jurisdictions as part of rogatory commission or law enforcement hearings, it is a supportive work – through interpretation and translation – toward the investigation. From telephone tapping transcriptions to the court referral before the requesting authority, including stops and searches.
